Generally speaking attribution theory explains the process that defines level of operation and motivation to attain cognitive mastery of having fundamental structure of environment. I have selected attribution theory for my analysis, this theory was composed by fritz Heider, it is a method, which can be used to assess perception and behavior of people, attribution theory helps in generating causal explanations, in this article author have discussed the factors of attribution theory, firstly it is external attribution, in which causality is assigned to factor, in this external factors gets out of control, as it leaves you with no choice. Another factor is internal attribution, it involves internal factors which are within one own control. One of the most striking characteristics of human beings is that we think we can explain anything. Attribution theory has been used to explain the difference in motivation between high and low achievers.

Discussion of Theory
(Mouge Theories of Communication Networks Cambridge) In this section I have discussed the Mouge work on communication theorym, According to Mouge Attribution theory is a part of social cognitive theory it helps in explaining the phenomena and the basis of cause and effect and its influence on the level of motivation, according to author behavior and observation helps in shaping up future behavior, this theory explain the way people interpret events and relate them in order to identify the actions, however perception regarding success or failure depends on the amount of efforts on invest for gaining in the future. Author of this journal have addressed several factors for addressing the determination it includes, distinctiveness and consistency. A person shows different behaviors in different situations. If the person has a behavior that is unusual usually be given to an external attribution behavior. If not unusual, it is more likely to be judged as internal. Consensus exists when all people respond the same way to situations that are similar. If consensus is high, then the expected attribution is external, it is internal if it is low. This refers to the fact that a person responds the same way despite the passage of time. If there is a high consistency causes internal attribution is, if it is low, it is external. One of the most important contributions provided by this theory is that there are errors or biases that distort attributions. Because the process sometimes leads to errors and misunderstandings judgment, so that it becomes necessary to consider the pressure of discrimination in the perception of the person. Although, Mouge results were not enough to justify the attribution theory, therefore I do not agree with the results of Mouge.
