Describe how a person's worldview and inner maturity can influence the ability to lead effectively?

The worldview provides a situation or a grip to get an understanding of the world. As per Mckenzie (1991), it is an eye glass that magnifies the position or provides an anchor to see the world clearly. As per Sire (1997) a worldview is combination of presuppositions or assumption that we stick to either consciously or subconsciously about the formation of this world (Sire, J., 1997). In the year 1991, Phillips & Brown defined that a worldview is an explanation and understanding of the world and a way to implement these views in life. In a general way it can be defined as a view of the world and a point of view for the world. Walsh & Middleton, in the year 1984 observed that through worldview a model of this world can be obtained which is a channel for the supporter of the world (Mckenzie, 1991).

The process of development is a sign of maturity, it doesn't apply to an individual only but also to any community, group or class. A worldview concept was 1st came across by the Greek skeptics, it is comparatively wide in meaning; the notation of philosophy has many different meanings. A person's belief or understanding about the fundamental reality aspects, this understanding influence the thinking, perceiving, knowing and doing prospective of an individual is called worldview. It is also referred as the philosophical mindset of a person; it can be about the outlook on life, the method of leading life, faith, ideology or religion. The base of an individual's worldview is how a person was taught to believe, nobody has an influence on a person's believe, and everyone is born with a choice.

In the early stages of life a person has a different mind frame; it grows by the passage of time. Same is the process of our beliefs, they refine by time, and age adds maturity to a person. Maturity is the ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and leadership qualities. A combination of worldview and maturity is a dynamic combination; if a person develops a positive attitude for maximum believes. The attitude of making good decisions and living life according to own personal preference and belief rather than adopting believes of other people by leading blindly. An honest belief develops purpose in life and meaning of life.

(2) Identify and explain two philosophical worldviews and one religious worldview that can support servant leadership?

Many writers portray servant leadership has a basic philosophy of leadership; it has all the specification, practices and characteristics.
