Introduction

Children are in a continuous process of learning. As they grow towards their youth, the world expands from home and parents to the brothers with their peers and, finally, people and places to visit. To live actively in society, the youth must learn to know themselves, to achieve their own identity. The importance of the influence of family and family relations on the formation and development of the youth's personality plays a very crucial part. In order to assist the person to reach their full potential, it is important to understand the development of normal child and adults. A successful youth's cognitive, physical and emotional development is also related to the development of other youth and adults around them (Baumrind, 2008).

Transition involves in content, values, traditions, stereotypes, experiences and knowledge that individuals have on certain aspects or phenomena of life. Studying the risk transitions in the process of making social decisions, means information about the values, traditions, experiences and knowledge among youth on issues of society. Transition is undoubtedly a major challenge for everyone, from the perspective of integral education; pursue an improved quality of life and improvement of the modes of action around sexual and reproductive life in couples and families. Adolescence is a stage of life brings growth, change, opportunity and, quite often, risks for allowing transtions to take place at this stage of life (Charlesworth, 2010).

In this new era, Technology also plays a very prominent role in the development of a human being. It helps human in developing its physical, psychological and other skills or abilities. Technology also provides entertainment which is very healthy for youth. While on the other side, very long engagement in entertainment technology like media technology it can destroy human's future. The advancement in media technology like Cell phones, mp3 players, internet, video games, Television and other media applications creates a very large gap between the children and experienced persons of a family.

The family is the basic unit of all societies. The force that influences family life is the fast pace and nature of social change. The development involves an adjustment within the family, the roles and responsibilities. Children are the first to benefit or suffer from these changes. Families play a prominent role in the development of children. The initial period of their life is very crucial as children learn during this time and family in which the child is developed has a huge impact on the child life. There are numerous obstacles, which can sway, development of child and parents should make sure that the children should treated just as it can affect their life a lot. These are also risk components involved which are split up into biological risk and ecological risk which can affect the child development. Families should keep a check on their children as what activities they are involved in (Whalley, 2001).
