Abstract

Representatives or senate members promise their constituents about solving current issues in the state. A bill is actually written by the senate member then it is forwarded to the president, president goes through the bill and situation. Bill becomes law when president sign the bill. As a representative of a chamber, during my campaign I made several promises to you and due to your support and confidence in me I am responsible to fulfill the promises that I made to you. One of among them is unemployment. It is one of the factors that create thousand issues in the society and economy. This bill is about unemployment issues in the country.

Introduction

Being a representative my first priority is to overcome unemployment. Through any means, it is the most common factor that creates social violation. Unemployment is a negative factor, elimination of jobs, when a company is facing financial crises without regard to employee performance; usually competition is quite high as every other person is unemployed so the companies or organizations go for the bottom line more than ever.When people earn nothing, they cannot provide the basic needs of life to their children. They start criminal acts like Robbery; mobile snatching etc. Divorce is also one the major issue that is growing when people fail to solve their financial problems. Unemployment doesn't only cause social problems as well as economical issues. As the buying power of people decreases it affects the supply of goods and products. When unemployment rate increases, people pay less income taxes as the buying power of goods reduces .This directly impacts the government ability to provide for the people, which contain everything from hiring of municipal staff, police officers.
