The paper is aimed to analyze the circumstances of disease which is faced by my 4 years old daughter Amada. We are Spanish Latinos resided in a colony with average income. Amada is suffering from Wilm's tumor. Wilms' tumor or nephroblastoma is a malignant renal tumor that almost exclusively manifested in the early years of the childhood. It affects about 1 in 10,000 children, which is annually about 10-15 new cases. The vast majority of children are forecasted this disease between 1 and 5 years of age, with a similar frequency in males and females. It is sometimes detected in infants and children school age, and more rarely also among adults.
Symptoms
At an early age of Amada, Wilms' tumor has almost no symptoms. Sometimes, there was vague abdominal pain. By consulting with doctor, the first time, a tumor is not often found a doctor and mother of the Amada while bathing her did not find any swelling. The typical first symptom is a large three-dimensional entity that can be felt in the abdomen, nearer to the right or left side. Sometimes the tumor is growing from both kidneys simultaneously, so-called synchronous Wilms' tumor. The tumor, growing up to relatively large size, may remain "silent", without causing any disturbance to the child and the only symptom for a long time is just her size. Most often, parents find an increase in the abdomen of the child, or the formation of three-dimensional probes in the abdomen. In older children the tumor can not be probed, and manifest clinical signs such as blood in urine, unexplained fever, also are a pain in the abdomen or side, and high blood pressure (Maiti, 6288-92).
Diagnosis
