The good education of youth is estimated by the wise men of all ages, as the surest Foundation of contentment in both private families and common-wealth. Almost all Governments have therefore a principal object of their attention, to establish and provide adequate income, training seminars, as we offer the following century with men qualified to serve the public with honor to themselves and their country.

Many of the early settlers in the province, people receive a good education in Europe, and their wisdom and good management that we owe much of our current prosperity. But their hands are full, and they can not do anything. The current race is generally not considered the same capacity: To ensure that young Americans are not wanting laissoit capacity, yet the best abilities require culture, it is true that with them, as the best land, except well tilled and sowed the seeds profitable, just makes the grass private.It has been suggested,

Some people leisure and Publick Spirit, a charter request, through which they can be incorporated, with power to build an academy for the education of young people, to govern itself, provide the masters, make policies, accept donations, buy land, & c. and add to their number, from time to time other people they think proper.
