A detail planning is the key to success of an event. Planning help all kinds of managers in developing a path which need to be followed in order to achieve a target or reach a certain point. Planning overall help managers, organizers achieve their goals according to the set standards and expectations. A Facility Manager has the responsibility of facilitating all the activities in order to conduct an event. He facilitates the requirements of an organization regarding the management of an event at the specific time and according to the plan. A Facility Manager in order to ensure that an event happens properly need to take the assistance of certain tools and by the help of these tools he manages an event according to the expectations of the organization. There are several events which are happening all over the world and the event that has been managed well results in becoming successful. The report will take into consideration how a Facility Manager is able to manage and organize a successful NCCA Final. Is he being able to satisfy the authorities through his planning? The facility manager with the help of designing an Event Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Crowd Control Plan and Medical Emergency and Evaluation plans will help the manager in achieving his goals. The report will in detail provide an analysis of how these plans will facilitate the manager in organizing a successful event.

Final Four is regarded as a very prestigious event for any country. In America basketball is like a national sport and has a huge fan following. There are record breaking crowds present in different arenas to see their favorite players and support their teams. So a Basketball final is a big event and it is a proud movement for a city, college, arena or an organization to host this event. Many people volunteer themselves to be a part of this event so organizers have a huge amount of workers available to achieve this mega task. You are appointed as a Facility Manger at the 'American Military or Public University Arena which has witnessed many successful football, baseball and basketball events. In order to entertain a huge crowd of 65,000 this arena has been chosen which is spacious and the best place to host an important event that is NCCA Final Four. In order to make the event successful as a Facility Manager it is important to develop a plan for each kind of activity. All the activities related to the event are divided under four groups: Event Management, Risk Management, Crowd Control Plan and the Medical Emergency and Evacuation Plan.
