Introduction

Request for proposal is a proper systematic method of proving information along with the complete details about the product and service (O'Carroll, et.al, 2002, P.138). NYSIIS is New York State Immunization Information System. This computerized system will save time of manual and traditional record checking. This system is already implemented in 46 states and it is free of cost and the only cost is of maintaining the internet access.
