Abstract

Reusable learning objectives are extremely useful for the users because they get a better opportunity to communicate things to the students. However, since everything has pros, there are also some cons that exist, and therefore, reusable learning objects have certain costs. The users of RLO's are the teachers and everyone in the teaching profession who use these for the purpose of aiding learning and development among the students. Although the intensive planning is required by independent study. However, the curricular learning is taken by the teacher. The term metadata is used to define all technical and descriptive information added to documents to better qualify them. For these data are used by others, they must fit into models widely accepted by players of the Web.

The idea is not to reduce the teaching hours or to reduce the time that the teachers give to the students to teach them.
