In this paper, we will consider the case of Mineral King Valley in Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. The region was a part of the Sequoia National park since 1926; however, the area was left undeveloped for many years. Walt Disney was interested in offering bid for the area, in order to develop complexes, hotels, pools and ski for recreational purposes.
