Within the most recent innovations and developments of Corporate Social Responsibility several organizations have taken bold initiatives which are insisting on the attractiveness of those organizations. The organizations have established internal rules and regulations for performance in order to encourage and support ethical behavior of the organization itself and its employees for the cooperation in preventing corruption and un-ethical behavior in all the forms. However, Wal-Mart is one among those organizations who have taken such steps to move forward in terms of being socially responsible. This paper focuses on the global sustainability of Wal-Mart.
