Vulnerable Person

Introduction

The concept of a vulnerable person, born of the recent evolution of French law , was created to better protect those most vulnerable to abuse in our society: sexual assault (very often), or entities ( harassment , fraud , abuse confidence , etc ...) from their fellow citizens. Very frequently also, these attacks are tainted with racism, sexism , homophobia . "Vulnerability" means the characteristics of a person or group from the point of view of their ability to anticipate, survive, resist and recover from the impact of a natural hazard, involving a combination of factors that determine the degree to which life and livelihoods of anyone is at risk for a distinct and identifiable event in nature or society. This refers to human behavior ractificado variations in attitudes or losing power or control.

A dementia is a deficit in cognitive, emotional and social skills, which leads to impaired social and occupational functions and usually associated with a diagnosable disorder of the brain. Above all are the short-term memory, and also the ability to think, the language and motor skills, in some forms the personality structure involved. Relevant is the loss of acquired thinking skills as opposed to innate intellectual deficit (Raglio, 2008, pp. 158-162).

The risk of giving birth to a child with certain chromosomal disorders increases with age for women. The most common disorder is Down syndrome, a combination of mental retardation and physical abnormalities caused by the presence of an extra chromosome. The mothers are high school students mostly and they can't even afford themselves then how that is possible to afford a child. This will lead her to vulnerability (Pioloino, 2002, pp. 239-257).

Abused Families

Parents often emotionally abuse their children based on good intentions, such as when they want to excel in school, in sports or social life. But from those good intentions can pressure or embarrass the point of their developing chronic emotional distress. While the emotional neglect can range from a passive, without providing affection, support and value that every child needs to grow up psychologically healthy. It refers to the lack of response to the needs of the child emotional contact, a consistent disregard for the child's moods (Koger, 1999, pp. 2-15).

Abused children of today are the adults they will become tomorrow's problem. Are those who will be responsible for the company, who will forward groups and communities? Therefore we must promote campaigns for child abuse complaints, creating the appropriate areas and developing necessary discussion forums. As well as adults should take responsibility maturely and commitment to prevent children from becoming offenders (Maes, 2003, pp. 332-348).
