Introduction

According to the past studies it is observed and proved that the organizational behaviors related to the security and privacy issues are influenced by various factors. These factors depend on different aspects, moreover, past researchers worked on different aspect of a single phenomenon. In addition, the security and privacy issues of Vodafone is considered as to be influenced by the factors that include availability of information, planning, implementation of the plan, availability of IT resources, delivery and support and most vital and the significant factor is the monitoring which is helpful for identifying and resolving the initial or the minor problems that were pertaining to the security and privacy issues of Vodafone especially the customer database.

However, according to new studies where the environment of the Vodafone and also the business environment have changed and have made a significant impact on the security and privacy issues. The approaches that include availability of information, planning, implementation of the plan, and availability of IT resources, delivery and support are considered as the modern tactics which help the organizations in resolving the problems that are arising due to the changing environment of the security and privacy issues of Vodafone.

In addition the study focuses on the COBIT and Trust Services frameworks which an academic discipline, which helps managers to make good decisions when working with people in a complex, dynamic environment, it combines concepts and theories related to individuals, groups and organizations in general.

There are three levels of consideration of behavior problems that are concerned to the security and privacy issues of the Vodafone's customer database which involves personal, group and the organizational. Human behavior is determined by its own properties, the influence of formation conditions of individual activities, especially the group to which it is included, and the terms of joint activities, especially organization and the country in which it operates. (Christian, Roderick and Steve, 2005)

The key issues of security and privacy issues and levels of consideration, for example, the problem of decision making at the individual level, the study of individual characteristics, abilities, skills and limitations inherent in the decision makers. The level of individual activities, these are the problems of models decision making traps of ineffective solutions etc. The level of the group is to analyze the features of decision-making depending on the characteristics of the group that include size, homogeneity and the type of group and the situation of the customer database of the Vodafone.
