Values and Impacts of Tradition and Culture

Cultural values are the values and beliefs that society believes are important to the success of the general public. The rules and structure we are increased with shape the beliefs and standards that create one's personal values. As societies disagree, so do their heritage values. Values furthermore change depending on whether we are considering one's individual standards, organizational standards, or heritage principles. When one's personal standards conflict with the organizational standards an ethical dilemma occurs.
