Although this company is industry focused on Internet commerce, for purposes of this paper we will focus on the bookselling industry, specifically the virtual bookstore such as Amazon. To understand more about the industry is important to mention Amazon ideology creator Jeffrey Bezos this business which says: "The concept of business success and distinctive feature of Amazon is that our catalog of books is quasi deals - infinity, reproducible, inexpensive and portable to the world, via the Internet (Bressand , 2008).
