Each year, any person involved in the Company must complete and submit to the Human Resources Department offense report form which has previously been submitted. Anyone working within the Company, who is on parental leave, maternity leave, leaves without pay, long-term disability or long-term leave of absence, must meet requirements of the background check in order to return to work within the Company.
