In this paper, the heart related diseases for Upper East Side has been discussed in detail. The heart is the engine that drives the blood into the body. These conditions are especially abundant in the rich and industrialized countries where a quarter of all deaths that occur are attributable to cardiovascular problems. However, it was shown that many of these diseases are caused by nutritional problems, as confirmed by statistics. The variables and demographics of the Upper East Side have been analyzed. The intervention plan and measures have also been discussed in the paper.

Introduction of Community
The Upper East Side district of Manhattan, with an area of 5 km², is bounded by 59th Street on the south, 96th Street on the north, Fifth Avenue and Central Park West and the East River by this. The area is equivalent to the 16th district of Paris.
Until the railway line that crosses from north to south is covered, around 1910, the most opulent stood on the side of Central Park, while to the east of Lexington Avenue was a residential area is much more popular.
