ABSTRACT
The aim of this research will be to investigate the role of Human Resource Management in the hospitality operations of Scotland. The philosophy of ICT and E-hospitality is similar to the electronic money. This brings the whole world of tourism at one platform and this ultimately increases the customer satisfaction. The low performance in web accessibility of Scotland based hospitality websites was mostly because of website designers' failure to provide alternative text for non-text elements. In this paper, we shall be discussing all those factors, occurrences and hindrances that may presumably occur for the purpose and objective of making and drawing justified conclusions.
CHAPTER 01: INTRODUCTION
Hospitality management, tourism industry, entertainment skits and presentations, etc. all come under the recreational industry, which is considered one of the most unique and complex industries to have been existed on the face of the Earth. The reason recreation has become significantly important is that because in today's modern world of cut-throat competition and excessive, unrealistic and out-of-the-box demands of customers, organizations and entire industries need to be effectively and efficient vigilant in terms of sorting out their role and identify their resources and utilities that they have at hand which require proper and justified usage in order to satisfy wants and demands of the customer brought to books (Bai, 2008).
Background of the Research
For the paper, the one key area we shall be discussing for consideration is the hospitality industry or in simpler terms, the hotel management sector, functioning with reference to context of Scotland. Being one of the most crucial and critically strong industrial sectors to have ever existed in the context of the country itself, it is highly recommended and analysis the evaluation and retention of human resource personnel that we have with us today (Bai, 2008).
