Q1- What are the purposes of the Human Development Report?

Ans. The Human Development Report provides generally two types of statistical information: statistics of the human development indicator tables, which indicate a global assessment of country achievements in different paspects of human development, and statistical evidence which provide thematic analysis which is primarily based on Global, national or sub national data. The statistical evidence used in the thematic analysis of the Report is often extracted from the human development indicator tables.
