Statement of the Problem
The purpose of this study is to know the employment system within the modern welfare systems of United Kingdom and France since the 1980's. This concern is important to study as it will be helpful for both the countries that are United Kingdom and France to know that what issues the employees can encounter in their employment. In addition to this, the welfare system is also crucial for the employees as it is the right of employees to get better facilities in relation to their employment.
Significance of the Problem
The comparison of UK and France employment system with respect to the modern welfare systems is an important aspect of social sciences as it guides the law makers and organizations about the importance of the employees as the concept that is the welfare systems are being designed by the countries to protect the rights of employees in their employment.
Research Question
To compare and contrast the employment system within the modern welfare systems of United Kingdom and France since the 1980?
Hypothesis
Ho : There is a significant difference in the employment system within the modern welfare systems of United Kingdom and France.
HA : There is a no significant difference in the employment system within the modern welfare systems of United Kingdom and France.
CHAPTER NO 2: LITERATURE REVIEW
In the scope of the analysis of modern welfare systems, the question of the articulation between the institutions and allowances under the employment system within the modern welfare systems in the broad sense, that is, that is including their regulatory component of the labor market, minimum wage, working time, rules on temporary contracts. As well as measures targeted on the unemployed has a increasing role in the discussions. From this point of view, the comparison of UK and French case appears particularly interesting when all the a priori contrasts in the early 80's; the founding principles of modern welfare systems, modes of intervention of the employment policy, these countries seem to be closer to the early 2000.
