U.S. health Care reform
Introduction
In U.S., the bill of healthcare reform was passed by the congress of U.S. and President Obama signed the bill. It formed after the efforts of five presidents, senators, and representatives of congress. On 23rd march 2010, the Act of Affordable Care 2010 and Protection of Patient became law in U.S. The government of U.S. imposed this law. The pre-existing healthcare reform was ineffective. In 2010, under the presidential ship of President Obama, the health care system changed and developed. However, the fundamental characteristics of the healthcare reform did not change. The new law introduced improved measures that are increase in accessing healthcare services, reducing injustice, promoting fairness, increasing the quality of overall healthcare reform, controlling the increased costs, and realigning the incentives. The law stated that 32 million more Americans would get healthcare coverage, the percentage of uninsured Americans would decrease from 15% to 6%, Medicaid would provide services to the newly insured Americans whose income is less than 133% of FPL, access to healthcare services would increase as its payment rate increases, and low income people would receive financial assistance.
In addition, tax credit is offered to the small companies for making hiring of employees easy for them, and the healthcare expenditure decreases. The expenditure was expected to decrease because payments, tax revenues, and reform system would be used for expanding the healthcare coverage and quality. In 2011, employer-provided health insurance changed and benefited the employees. The Obama care is facing several issues and predictors are predicting that Obama care is at the landing stage.

The senators of Oregon proposed an alternative plan for the healthcare that is gaining attention. However, the political environment of U.S. is disunited, and its predictability is difficult. Americans in the majority are against the U.S. healthcare reform, and around 45% of the Americans do not have any knowledge about the Act ...
