I'm from a small town most of all white and had never been outside the United States until 1997. I went to Puerto Rico this year to play baseball. I knew that baseball keep me busy, but wanted the opportunity to experience the island. Puerto Rico was a very different place to where I come from and did not take me long to realize that.
