Abstract
The paper discusses about the leadership skills and how it should be implemented in an organization. This research focuses to determine the affect of transformational leadership on the organizational performance. A transformational leader focuses on convert others to help each other, looking for others to be encouraging and harmonious, and watch out for the organisation as a whole. In this command, the leader increases the motivation, morale and performance of its group of followers. It also highlights the keys features of transformational leadership. Leadership is a term that has been very full of adhesions management far removed from the values.Management style is reflected in what the manager encourages staff methods to proactive and creative execution of his responsibilities as monitor's performance of subordinates. Style, in the first place, is relations developing between managers and subordinates. The complexity and diversity of these relationships determine the high variability of specific leadership styles that can be classified according to various criteria. Thus we need to examine the case of “Julphur Transformational Leadership strategy”. This project also highlights the theory of leadership that relates to the strategies adopted by the organization. At Julphar, their leaders proved that the management styles have different adequacy and effectiveness of different yield under various conditions of management. Finally, it has been concluded that transformational leadership is a critical factor in the management of organisational performance. This form of leadership is a historically established for the social need of people in the organisation of joint activities. Its use reduces absenteeism, injuries, and turnover, creates higher morale, improves relationships and relationships in a team of subordinates to leadership
