Trace elements are essential to the proper functioning of the Body
Abstract
Trace elements also known as micronutrients are vital for man in quantity varying from fifty micrograms to eighteen milligrams every day. They work as a catalytic or we can say structural mechanism for large molecules; they have definite functions and are essential for life. Research in the past century has recognized six fundamental trace elements whose purpose was beforehand unknown. The deficiency of iron and iodine was discovered; signs of deficiency for chromium, zinc, copper, and selenium have been well-known in dependant populations. The division of trace elements can be in two categories essential and non essential. The deficiency of essential trace mineral either marginal or sever the imbalance is a risk factor for a lot of disease. Trace elements are now a subject of importance for doctor and nutritionist as continuous research on the topic is helping to facilitate public health. The research teams are working on the cause and effect relationship of trace elements in order to achieve enhanced functions and measures to cure human diseases.

Introduction
The basic study of chemistry is dependent on every aspect and research on elements. Any physical existence that we come across in everyday life consists of a single element or a compound of elements. The quantity of elements present is approximately millions out of which only 88 are present naturally on Earth. Even though the element size is less, we can find the composition of these elements in abandon. The example of such element development is just like sentence formation and even books that are created with the help of twenty six words. The process of research and discovery of additional elements continue to date.
Discussion
Trace Element in human body
Trace elements are commonly known as 'Micro-minerals; these are chemicals that are required by the body in a small quantity for proper biochemical and physical functioning. These elements, are arise in o Trace elements commonly occur in living things in application less than about 0.001% of the waterless weight {> 10 parts per 100,000 (ppm)}. These elements are known as micromineral, the human body it has less amount of dietary mineral requirement by the human body.
Function of Trace Elements
Most of the elements found in small ratio are very useful to life and to human existence. The function of these elements in a human body is much diversified. Living things have an extremely complex system to carry out daily functions it is necessary that the internal process is performing functions systematically to regulate life. The main processes functioning to maintain life are: The elements in the human body help in the development of cells that are according to our body structure.
