Tour operators are enterprises that blend two or more journey services (e.g. transport, places to stay, catering, amusement, and sightseeing) and deal them through journey bureaus or exactly to last buyers as a single product. Tour operator is a very essential part of Travel and Tourism sector. A Tour Operator buys a high volume of travel services across carriers, accommodation and services. Types of Tour Operators
Incoming Tour Operators
These are the tourist operators who manages tourist coming from overseas countries to the homeland of the tourist. These incoming tour operators have extensive knowledge of their area where they live which also makes their job a very easy task. There are many tour operators which centre in managing received overseas holiday marks and have changed position to the forthcoming tour operator (Gartner, 1994).
Domestic Tour Operators
These known as those tourists who work inside their own country with their own people. This means that the job of a domestic tour operator is to entertain the domestic customers who are living in the same home place of that of the tourist.
