Top 100 Global Thinkers: Ahmed Rashid

Introduction

Top 100 Global thinkers, although there are many prominent names like Larry Page, Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg and others, however, one name that have attracted me, is Ahmed Rashid. Honestly speaking, I was stunned to see a Pakistani mind enlisted twice in the list of “Top 100 Global Thinkers.” The curiosity increases further, when he was recognized as “eyes and ears of Media” for Afghanistan region. Thus, I have selected Ahmed Rashid as subject of my study.
