The management of time and is one of the resources most appreciated. However, it is good that one cannot save; it passes back and is not impossible to recover. The problem of time management is to identify the main point in time. Prioritization can effectively manage the list of identified cases by assigning each task a level of importance.
My Personal Experience
One major problem that I am faced within my day- to- day life and want to find a solution for is managing my time more efficiently. Every day I am faced with the challenge of juggling work, school, family and never-ending chores. At the end of the day, I look back with exhaustion and realize that I did not get all the things accomplished that I set out to do. Subsequently, the schoolwork, household chores or errands that did not get done the prior day fall on the next day. To overcome these problems that I was facing, I tried to adopt these strategies:
A.S.P.I.R.E
A.S.P.I.R.E will help me in my academic career because of the reasons mentioned below:
A - Arranger:
Choose the time, the environment, and attitudes appropriate
Get organized the schedule to eliminate distractions
Approach the studies with a positive mood
S - Select:
Give yourself a unit or group manageable and realistic exercises to learn
Mark all that you do not understand in this particular lesson to pursue
Select a piece of equipment due to the study
Make a survey of titles, graphics, pre-and post questions to gain insight Analyze the text keywords: mark what you do not understand
P - Put the pieces
After studying the unit,
stop and put what you learned in your own words
Put aside your books and notes
Replenish what you have studied either alone or with a friend a study group: summarize what you understand.
I - informed:
Go back to what you did not understand and reconsider the information
Contact external expert sources (eg. The other books, websites, an instructor) if you still do not understand
Investigate alternative sources of information you can refer to: other books, websites, experts, tutors, etc. Check with professional support (tutoring, librarians, tutors, teachers, experts), and other resources to help Inspect what you do not understand.
R - Reflect:
In this step, ask three kinds of questions about the material studied:
If I could talk to the author, what questions would I ask or what criticism I would offer?
How can I apply this material to what interests?
How can I make this information understandable interest to other students?
E - Evaluate / examine / explore:
Return to the material you have covered
Re-examine the strategies that helped you understand and / or
retain information in the past and apply them to your current studies
