Introduction

There are many theories of justice that are based on many principles but some theories are very famous as they based on the principles that provide best result in providing justice. Some seniors or experience persons in public affairs and political science presents few theories that becomes leading justice theories for society in the field of justice. In order to provide best results in analyzing justice theories by considering effective theories of justice, experience persons suggest following theories that are mostly used in the world due to the principles and concepts on which they are based:

Machiavelli's The Prince and The Discourses (1512 AD). 

Madison's Federalist No. 51 (1787 AD) by Stacy Gunnells, a senior in public affairs. 

Rawls' "Justice as Fairness" (1957-58) and Theory of Justice (1971) by Amy Garrett, a junior in political science.

In above theories of justice, the first two instead of providing effective are not followed today due to the effectiveness of the third one. The third one which is the most famous of all available theories of justice covers the effective principles of the above two and exclude their negative ideas to generate a theory that is until now considered as milestone in the theories of justice.

This leading theory is considered as one of the major work of John Rawls best works in respective field. This theory is first presented in 1957-58 and then it is revised in the year 1971 as “A Theory of Justice”. In this the author frames his justice theory around the original position peoples who are covered by the veil of ignorance in the hypothetical situation. Rawls believes that by providing options to the peoples we can achieve justice as they have option to select justice.

Principles of justice theories

Rawls defends and advances two principles as solution to the issue of describing the answer of what is to compute as a basic structure for ensuring justice. The first principle defined by Rawl is that each and every person must have an equal right to the most widespread total system of equal basic liberties that are compatible with the same or similar system of liberty for all peoples”. Another principle on which the theory of justice is based is defined perfectly by using two parts. One part said that economic and social inequalities between peoples have to be arranged in a manner so that they are both served as the benefit of the least advantaged. The second part is that attachment to the offices and positions must have opens to all peoples under some conditions of fair opportunity based on equality. In his book, Rawls claims his first principle as the principle of equal liberty. He also calls the first part of his second principle as the principle of difference and the second part of the same principle as the principle that provides fair Equality of available opportunity (Rawls, 1971, P 150-175).
