The specificity of religion in the coverage of the role of religion

As is known, the main commandment doctor says: "Do no harm". The same moral standard and people must be guided by the teachers of religious studies. Given that religious scholars speak to people with different ideas, sometimes conflicting attitudes, they have no right to condemn any religion as false and, therefore, endorse any religion as true. The question of what kind of world view or what denominations are true or false are to be put out of lessons, lectures, tutorials and personal decision left for each student, a school, a student of the university, the reader textbooks. In other words, value judgments are based on the criterion of "truth or fallacy" must be removed from the theological information. However, if such assessments should be expelled from the course of teaching, it is estimated to be based on religious denominations on a scale of "moral or immoral," and people should be treated differently. The interests of humanity require solidarity in condemning all crimes, no matter what country and by whosoever are committed. There are also actions which the international community must recognize it morally wrong, although not legally punishable. This means that the inhumane behavior, if it was a manifestation of the activity of religious organizations and religious leaders should be condemned like in the speeches of religion (Antoun, 34).

This kind of condemnation is not directed only to religion: it is condemnation of an immoral life in general and in certain religions in particular. At the same time, people are obliged to acquaint listeners and readers with views on the role of religion that exist in society. Of course, people also have a look at the problem and can and should express it, but only as one of the existing points of view and not as absolute and the only possible answer to the question of the role of religion. The final conclusion about the role of religion (as well as the final conclusion about the truth or falsity of one or other religious beliefs) every student and every reader of theological literature should do for themselves (Antoun, 34).

The influence of religion on people's lives

In principle, (i.e., without regard to religion) the impact of any effects on people's lives can be either positive (to assist them in their conservation and development) or negative (hindering them in their conservation and development) or inconsistent (for bearing in themselves, both positive and negative consequences). Priests and theologians who share the religion of the true, partly true and false, believe that true religion certainly play a positive role, false - certainly negative, and partially true - a contradictory role.
