A 20 years' experienced patrol agent exits a downtown bistro after lunch. As he steps up on the congested sidewalk, he learns a woman shout halt, robber, he's got my purse. The agent turns his look up the sidewalk and sees a man running away. The agent presents follow, weaving through persons on the sidewalk, down an alley, and over a fence. He misplaces view of the running man succinctly, but rapidly finds him afresh and, finally, catches him. There is no purse or other clues of the robbery in simple sight.
