The Romantic Satire of Byron's Don Juan

As one of the brilliant trio of active Romantic Poets Younger Generation of Romantic, Lord Byron is more extraordinary. Don Juan is the greatest work of Byron, which is also the famous ironic epic of the world literature. It critics the European life in 18th and 19th century, especially Don Juan was unfinished at the Canto 17, which arose a lot of people's curiosity. Don Juan, Byron's greatest work, was written in the prime of his creative power, in the years 1818-1823. Byron was not meant to shape Don Juan as Byronic Hero, but to some extent it seems to an autobiography. Much to our curiosity, the greatest narrative breaks off. Canto the 17th of Don Juan remained unfinished. However, in his letters, Byron disclosed the end of the poem on the tour in Europe, make him participate in the revolution of France and die fighting against the old regime.
