The global governance arises in the context of the so-called globalization. Faced with dependence between human societies, global authority defines the construction of regulations. This does not mean the establishment of a world government on the traditional model of states but the establishment of public regulations and private up to the challenges.

In a broad and simple definition of global governance is used this term to denote the set of rules for organizing human societies across the world. An index of global governance, identifies five key fields to be analyzed to determine the extent to which a country respects the principles of good governance worldwide; Democracy, Rule of Law, Human Rights , Sustainability and Human Development.

In the history of mankind, war has always been present. Wars and the arms industry are reflected negatively on the economy by absorbing peoples budgets should be spent on education, health, culture and improvement of living conditions. However, the arms industry has a great influence on governments and society. By meaning of weapons-producing countries who are pressing to keep the conflict by selling and testing their weapons on both sides, it disguises its eagerness with theories about the inevitable necessity and even the benefits of armed conflict.

A world without wars is a world up till now unknown on the planet. Eliminate war means permanent exit from the human historical feature and make a giant step on the evolutionary path of mankind. In goal, which accompanies us is the strength of the votes of thousands of previous generations who suffered the consequences of war, and whose echoes still resound today wherever wars leave traces of their sinister dead, missing, disabled, refugees, displaced.
