There are numerous problems with the younger generation today. The new generation does not measure up to the older generation. Over the last ten years we have struggled to understand and young adults to define them, and this problem continues to concern us. The new generation is characterized by speed, instability and insecurity in its own time: there is no doubt it will have a significant impact on business operations, culture, education, or even society.

By their taste for new links, young adults also have a dimension of choice, by which they differ from adults of previous generations. They are interested in what they are least familiar. They are discoverers. Their universe is never closed but is continuously open to unexpected combinations.

Fickle mind, like the young adults reach the limits, try the risk. Wisdom does not interest them too much, especially if it means the willingness to reality as it is. It is indeed able to take care of what does not concern them. The poaching of knowledge that characterizes it can rescue them from themselves for the fray.

The generation of the new millennium lends no attention to what is outside of its immediate needs. What matters is the style, panache, talent to say and do almost anything. An upward trajectory, the power for the young adult is not represented by money or influence, but the dynamism, "a convincing image," and a "reputation winner”. The new generation is suspicious of flattery, loyalty and sociability. It believes neither to deference nor respect, nor cooperation. It believes in fear.

It must first be understood in the sense of the word: the young generation claims to be accountable only to it, and does not accept any authority other than itself. The young generation recognizes as guides or traditions, nor God, nor their parents nor their employers nor the masters of the time. Think it is a solitary act, sometimes exhilarating and sometimes heartbreaking, but never comfortable. The generation of the new millennium lends no attention to what is outside of its immediate needs.

The young generation is known to not run right away what they are asked. They are said to be lazy, disloyal and give up everything if they do not find satisfaction for their needs. Before taking action, they want explanations, understand the reasons for directives.

There is no secret that the young generation wants to be first only itself. It is impossible not to notice when you pay attention to their words, their intentions, and their dialogues. For the younger generation, the synopses online, courier and forums have become cool tools to share their passions, to make friends, or may be more. The generation of the new millennium lends no attention to what is outside of its immediate needs.
