The book “Dark Continent: Europe Twentieth Century,” written by Mark Mazower is based upon the struggle of the ideologies. The author argues that the Europe's democracy triumph was not predictable but instead it was a result of accidental agency policy on the part of leaders, subjects and the citizens.
