4.1. Rotana Employees Questionnaire Analysis

This section of findings chapter presents the findings of Rotana hotel employee's questionnaire survey. This chapter highlights the cultural differences between various Sudanese tribes. There are many different religions, languages and tribes that are represented through out the nation .This internal diversity may challenge investors and without an attempt to understand the prospective of all the populace of this nation it's unlikely for the business to succeed. Rotan is one of the first multinational companies to begin operation in the Sudan, taking it as an example can show other companies where did it go wrong and what can lead to the success.

The above table represents the classification information of the Rotana hotel employee questionnaire survey. It is observed that most of the respondents are male. A total of 40 employees were interviewed. Out of 40, 22 respondents were male and 18 were female.

During the survey, the employees who were interviewed lied in different ranges of age. 23 respondents lied in the age range of 21-30 years. 14 respondents lied in the age range of 31-40 years. 2 respondent's lies in the age range of 41-50 years and only one respondent lies in the age group of 51-60 years. The above table also discusses the nationality distribution of the survey respondents. Most of respondent are Sudanese national. The above table also represents the language distribution of the survey respondents. Most of the respondents are can speak Arabic and English. Most of the respondents belong to Islam.
