4.1 Data Analysis
The accumulated data is analyzed using the Statistical Products and Service Solutions (SPSS) software, which is considered useful and dependable by the researchers. The process of analysis included description of basic features of the collected data such as mean, mode median and frequency analysis using descriptive statistics. Chi-Square test is used to analyse the overall significance level of difference among the variables and also in order to study the relationship between the variables correlations was applies using SPSS.
4.2 Sampling
Participants were randomly selected. It is a basic technique of selecting a sample for a survey in which from a large population size a sample, i.e. a group of subjects, is selected for the study. In this kind of sampling every individual / respondent is selected completely by chance and every individual of the population has equal chance of getting selected. (Hatch, 1991, Pp. 52-70)
4.3 Participants
Participants of the survey are small business owner and the number of total participants is fifty. Although, the questionnaire was distributed to 74 people, but only 50 of them respond to the provided ...
