Abstract

The context of this case is the contract management industry, an industry that will likely be one of the significant employers of current undergraduate students in multiple managerial and administrative roles. The implementation of the change from paper to electronic procurement documentation and the contracts between aid providers, software designers and IT consultants provide students. An authentic context is present where multiple parties are involved in a contractual relationship replete with the complexities of the scope of work, schedules, quality of deliverables and requirements of performance. This that can either bring demise to a business partnership or, given a clearly written and detailed contract, allow for a successful project and continued business partnership. Liberia is located in western Africa, the Atlantic coast. The coast is a broad plateau. North-east, the land rises towards the plateau, which is about a mile above sea level. Liberia's highest mountain is Mount Wuteve, which is 1 380 meters high.
