An organization will not stand on its own as it works only due to the occurrence of its employees who works into it. All of us who reside in the democracy would desire to accept as factual that the organization in which we work are inclined to supply us with equality, esteem and an impartial environment. The Ethical Chocolate Company is facing problems relating to the employee motivation which took place due to the stress at work. This stress is caused by the turnover of the staff members which has vastly increased; furthermore, sickness rates are also the highest they have ever been. In addition to this, the Ethical Chocolate Company has 10 production lines and these production lines are often short of staff due to the employee turnover and sickness rates, therefore, to keep production going, staff need to move and work on an unconventional production line. According to the Managing Director, Mr. Graham, the staff members do not like this, as they are working in a different team and so it often produces a difficult working atmosphere. The situation is made worse by the different production line supervisors disagreeing and arguing about which product is most important and which lines should be operating and which should close for the day. However, it is not the case with all as demeanor of one worker tends to be distinct from the other. Hence it can be said that the general demeanor of an organization completely counts on the traits of the workers who work in it. The workplace of the Ethical Chocolate Company has to have a decorum which every worker should maintain.

Stress in a work place may arise due to the components of stress which is conflict. In an organization like the Ethical Chocolate Company, there are some employees working and it is compelled to occur that between them or with the management.
