This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of the nicotine replacement therapy or NRT. NRT is recommended to smokers who cannot quit smoking. In order to carry out the research, the research has relied on systematic review. The research has used diverse resources to gather information on smoking cessation methods used by NHS. The methods that have been identified in this research include behavioural support, emotional support, NRT, and others. The research has also highlighted the importance of family in smoking cessation.
