The Effectiveness of Death Penalty

Is capital penalty right or wrong? The idea of putting another man to death, it is difficult to fully understand. Physical mechanics involved in the act understand it easy, but the emotions involved in carrying out the death sentence against another person, no matter how much they deserve to go beyond my own understanding. I know it must have been painful and degrading and sickening. However, it is sometimes necessary, and it is our responsibility as a society, to see what is being done.
