Discussion and Analysis

It has been taught in the medical arena to support the patient, the patient is a customer and we should "try" to support their needs. We have federal and state guidelines telling us patients have privileges (yes they should) and this is utilized in a misguided way to support the "quality care" considered of customer feedback for directing policies. While this is important and can be an additive to quality care it appears to have become the major component of value care at the total cost of health care providers producing in a hostile work environment.

One can only gaze in the direction of very quick food establishments…they have allowed the clientele to have it their way and now they have customers calling 911 because pullet nuggets did not come with dressing, or worse yet customers who get personal because they could not have it their way. We have gone this path as well, and the end outcomes are forums like this where we talk about the issue. Unfortunately as part of the nursing occupation we have so numerous distinct outlooks we are not able to connect together as a entire to make an impression upon our lawmakers to really change our natural environment, this we need to do.

People break regulations when they strike or intimidate others. There is no obligation to report crimes to the police, so we aren't compelled to report it. The clinics understandably would like to hold their likeness and bypass risk or lawsuits, so they anticipate their employees to support them to some extent. So I believe the employees member decisively gets apprehended in the middle. ER is decisively renowned for this, so there is a certain allowance of anticipation when one takes a job there.
