Introduction
Under the name of the Principality of Liechtenstein, it has developed a vision for the future of the financial center, which takes into account not only the needs of the financial industry. The aim is to secure a long-term sustainable growth. The vision is based on the traditional strengths of the financial center and focuses on the private wealth management. One wants to use more than before the rewards of membership in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Swiss economic area (Turner 2008).

Literature review
With the conclusion of the Agreement fraud we would go in the field of cooperation in tax matters to the European common denominator. We have made our contribution to the success of the negotiations so far. Given the international trend towards increased cooperation in tax matters and the already made offers of cooperation in recent months, the time has come to make our system of laws and administrative assistance in tax matters on a new footing. We should in the future all the States to offer a comprehensive cooperation if they are willing to find us with meaningful solutions to the growing customer relationships and are interested in a fair and constructive cooperation for the future (Adam 2009).
In 1989, Prince Hans Adam II succeeded his father to the throne and in 1996 settled a long-running dispute with Russia over the Liechtenstein family's archives, which had been confiscated during the Soviet occupation of Vienna in 1945 and later moved to Moscow. In 1978, Liechtenstein became a member of the Council of Europe and then joined the UN in 1990, the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) in 1991 and both the European Economic Area (EEA) and World Trade Organization (WTO) in 1995 (Nathan 2007).
Economic Overview
With a land area of just 62 square miles and a population of 34,000, the principality of Liechtenstein is one of the world's smallest countries, ...
