The diffusion of the internet in Vietnam

Introduction Vietnam, formally the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a communist state in Southeast Asia. Located in the eastern part of Indochina, it is bordered by China, Laos, Cambodia and South China Sea. It is the most populous homeland among the mainland Southeast Asia.

In 1986, the Sixth Party Congress, Communist Party of Vietnam formally abandoned the centrally planned economy and began introducing market elements in a broad package of economic reforms called Update. "In numerous ways, it pursues the Singapore model and achieved alike results.
