Result
As it has been discussed in the precious chapter we have worked on a 16 scale scores (pre-session and post-session). All the descriptive statistics and frequency has been calculated with help of SPSS. We presented all the questions Each table in this section presents the frequencies for the post and pre test analysis. A comparison between these two tables helps us to make the final conclusion

As it can be seen that 37% of the participants said that “Increasing the likelihood of desired outcomes that is consistent with current professional knowledge” which is the correct answer if we compare it with the pre- test result it can be found out that there is a 20% increase in the knowledge of nurses in this hospital.
As it can be seen thee second column of this tables shows the result of the study after conducting the training session. The result reveals this fact that it was a successful project as nurses replied in a better way. It can be said that this kind of session are very effective and improve the level of nurse's knowledge

From the above table it can be found out that majority of the respondents said that It improves system-wide patient care quality as evidenced by measurement of clinical outcomes” it shows a 15% increase. Once again it can be found out that the new course was so effective and it improved nurse's knowledge in patient safety. From the above table it can be seen that after the session there is a significance difference in the responses, as it can be seen that in this case 45% of the participants replied accurately.
