Introduction

The Civil Rights movement ironically has the pretext of encouraging fairness and equality; although, in latest years the one time so-called 'Oppressors' have now become the 'Oppressed'. Due to Affirmative Action, equal-outcome programs, and hate-crime legislation, numerous Americans are now refuted equitable and identical possibilities(Danzinger 2004), and identical defense and remedy under the law. To add to the abuse and oppression of certain Americans today, there has been an on going whole distortion of annals and an extending desecration of chronicled monuments and symbols.
