I am conducting a research on physical pain and how it affected my emotions and functioning. I am sharing my discoveries based on the existing literature on perception of pain and endurance of pain. I am unfolding to the reader how quantum physics, positive psychology and narrative therapy kept my mind and body functioning to their best capacities. At the end, I am researching on existing literature on post traumatic stress and its effects on mind, body and society.
Good emotional health
People having good emotional health are due to their feelings, thoughts and behavior awareness. They learn healthy behaviors to deal with pressure and troubles, is a regular element of life. They feel excellent about themselves having a healthy relationship.
These factors include:
Unemployment
Having a child leave or return to home
Deal with the demise of a close relative
Divorce or marriage
Painful sickness or wound
Get an encouragement
Experience a matter of money
Move to a new house
Having a child
Good changes in pressure can prove to be the same bad changes. According to G.K. Chesterton, “The trouble with always trying to preserve the health of the body is that it is so difficult to do without destroying the health of the mind.”
Health effects of emotional
Referred to as "mind / body connection", when one has stress, anxiety, irritability, his body strives to tell him that it is not true.
