People from all over the world migrate to United States to live a better life. Many people who migrate to United States come from the developing countries. They migrate to earn better and to support their families in the back home. Since many years many families have been migrated to the United States and they are living better lives and still there is massive migration of the people from all around the world. The migration in United States has been conducted in two manners. Some people are migrating through the legal migration procedures while some people are migrating to United States through illegal means. The states of United States where people are migrating through illegal means are usually the states that touch with the boarders. Such states have large number of people who are living there by illegal (Ethier, W.J., 1986). The rapid migration in the United States and particularly the migration though the illegal means has increased many issues and problems. The illegal migration had increased the crime in many of the states of the United States. It has been found that the Texas and California are the two main states of United States where there are the large number of illegal migrants. Many immigration policies and standards have already been developed in order to reduce the illegal migration that is rapidly growing. The countries that are near the boarders of the states of the United Stated are more involved in the illegal migration.

Purpose of research paper

The purpose of this research paper is to explore the issues and the problems of the crime that have been emerged in the recent years due to rapid migration. There are various patrol agencies that are operating in Texas and California where there is rapid illegal migration, but still the increased illegal migration has not yet controlled. The functions and the jobs of the patrolling agencies in Texas and California have been divided and thus have caused difficulties in the enforcement of the laws. From last few years, the change in the patrol agencies function in California and Texas has increased the illegal immigration problem. The problem of illegal migration has further given rise to the property issues and the issues of serious crimes in United States. Along with these issues, the taxpaying issues also have increased that is creating the adverse situation in Texas and California. For the illegal migrant it is not even legal to use the benefits on the services such as food stamps, health care services, and education. It has found that the population of more than 10 million illegal migrants in the California and Texas along with other states of the country are imposing a massive burden upon the public schools.
