Introduction

It is with great pleasure and honor that I feel to see you all come today as part of this event. People - the one sole revolving authority around all life that exists today - is amongst the most important, most vital and the most crucial requirement that we have today. Unfortunately, even though we excelled, even though we progressed, even though we touched all boundaries, all areas of technological advancements, yet our problems and concerns still continue to persist today. Dignity and respect is one thing for an individual, yet creating self-actualization and realization of your true colors, assets, characteristics and traits is the most important facet of any individual. People, as human beings, need to be given a good overview regarding their skills and abilities that individuals tend to have. This process begins at home, with the mother and father acting as the sole guardian for an individual (BCSSE, 2004).

You see, the concept of reflection has always been a notion of great concern and distress for a lot of people. People these days do not usually pay attention to what have they become in terms of their purpose and existence. Although when you look at yourself in the mirror to see the face, but when you take a closer look, you can identify all odds and aspects of your own soul to see. Some mystics even believe that the mirror is a window to the soul; your thinking is your soul in all its glory and malice.

Since one's reflection looks back at you, you are unable to hide the true emotions your reflection shows and puts forth. Generally people create this wall in front of themselves, either to hide their fears, fright and vulnerability. The reflection visible in the piece can and will always help you understand your faults and identify your negative traits, in order for you to improve yourself and become better human beings living in the society.

These days, the significance of social work has become a norm, a unanimously agreed upon responsibility, the duty of the many people with a soul, with a heart, with a conscience, who are willing to make their wise contributions in the area. There is still a vast amount of basic knowledge, skills, traits and characteristics that must be incorporated and inculcated with the whereabouts of how far and wide can an individual pave way for the understanding and comprehension of all those voluntary social workers coming in the field to serve and put their own set of abilities to use. . In a communal worker's enthusiasm to assist, we occasionally advocate purchasers to make conclusions in a certain main heading, generally in the direction of a more affirmative outcome. Social employees require boosting a purchaser to make their own conclusions, weighing the pros and cons of each side (Burke, O'Sullivan & Vaughan, 2005).
