Project Manager: Mr. Dexter Anderson
Role: Responsible for the completion of the order on time by the project team. He will develop the plan and manage each project task and assess the performance of the team. He is also responsible to ensure for all communications with the sponsors and accept their offerings. Any communication with the company regarding the contract will be done through him. He will monitor the status of each project and ensure that it is delivered on time. In case of any unavoidable delay, he has the responsibility of informing the company as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
Skills: Good leadership skills that are evident from the way he managed various projects. He also has a record of completing 67% of his projects before time. His experience in this field has make him one of the most demanded project managers in the region. His services with us has transformed our business into what it is now.
Experience: Total 27 years of experience in this field. This includes 14 years of experience as a project manager. He has been working with us since the past 4 years and his performance is exceptional.
Procurement Officer: Mr. Richard Simon
Role: His role is to place orders for items required by the company. During the purchase decision and after delivery, he will inspect the quality and quantity in order to match the specifications. While negotiating the purchase, he will also ensure that spare parts are available for at least 10 years in order to keep the machinery in proper running condition. By balancing the price and quality, he will ensure the company provides the most suitable items based on the tender requirements.
Skills: He has good communication and judgemental skills when it comes to making business procurements. His negotiating skills are exceptional due to which he always manages to get the items procured at prices that are below the market price.
