Teen court rulings and the life sentence fairness on juveniles
Introduction
The Juvenile sentencing or Delinquency is terrible problem in the unequal management system of society of the modern world. Juvenile Delinquency is increasing for the fast and speedy development of Industrialization and Urbanization. Industrialization and Urbanization make changes the Family structure which increases the propensity of Juvenile Delinquency. A large scale of people has been shifted to City town from rural area and keeps staying in the abdomen. This also increases Juvenile Delinquency. The term 'Teen Court' is general which describes the alternative of the early intervention of courts which has the involvement of the young people in different roles, which participates in juvenile offender trial. The juvenile prevention and diversion program bring together all the links between the teenagers, adults, police, offenders of juvenile, volunteers, other probation departments of the Supreme Court in with the mutual efforts in order to reduce the reoffending and further encourage the offenders of juvenile in order to accept the responsibilities to their actions.
There also lie various models for the teen court. In few of teen courts the young fulfills the role of defense lawyer prosecution. While in other one the young offenders get direct refer to sentencing- not for the purpose of decision of guilt or innocence. These teen courts are basically the initial intervention program which gives the chance to the opportunity for specific juvenile offenders to get questions, which is judged by the peer's jury. There lay no role playing of the lawyer. The purpose of this study is to highlight the analysis of the court ruling in the juvinile delinquency and finding a detailed study on the court practices over this unfairness. The research will also find out the philosophy of the teen court and the core areas of existence to this life sentence fairness on the juveniles.

Philosophy of Teen Court
This court is based on the philosophy that both volunteer students who participated can get benefit from the participation. After the participation in the judicial process there lies a premises that the offender of the juvenile will not proceed the delinquent behavior, where the jury will have to decide that weather he or she has violated their laws or should get punished or not. These court cases give a learning to the volunteered students and the juvenile offenders; the application of law rule to particular case; offence's various consequences; how the due process are conducted by court. Simultaneously both the volunteer and the offender will get to learn about the justice power, liberty, equality, and the property rights.
